ABAIQ helps behavior analysts and technicians write session notes faster. The side panel sits next to your practice-management platform and turns your session data into professional note drafts in seconds, with tools for insurer requirements, BIP analysis, data trends and quality review. HOW IT WORKS Open your practice-management platform in Chrome. Click the extension icon or press Alt+Shift+A to open the side panel. Bring in your session data: press Autocomplete to read the page you have open, describe the session by voice or text in the Starting Point, or use the client's BIP. Press Generate, review the draft, copy it and paste it into your note. WHAT YOU GET • Note drafts written from your actual session data, in objective and observable clinical language • Starting Point: describe the session by voice or text, in English or Spanish • Autocomplete: reads the page you have open, only when you press it, and fills in behaviors, programs, participants, hours and billing codes • Note types: RBT sessions (97153), BCBA and BCaBA sessions, protocol modification and supervision (97155), caregiver training (97156), monthly reports and dual-event sessions • Insurance per client: pick the insurer, or upload its rules as a PDF, and each draft follows them • Agency code: add your agency's code and your notes follow its requirements • BIP summary: upload a plan (PDF or DOCX) and get target behaviors, functions, replacement skills and interventions organized for that client • Smart Graphs: upload your data collection as a PDF to see trends across sessions • QA Review and Improve Note: check a note before you submit it and rewrite it from the feedback • Supervisor feedback inside each note • English and Spanish interface, dark mode and keyboard shortcuts YOU STAY IN CONTROL • The extension produces a draft. You review it, edit it and sign it. Nothing is submitted for you. • It reads only the page you already have open, in your own session, and only when you press Autocomplete. It never types into another page: you copy and paste. • It does not connect to the systems or databases of any third-party platform, and it does not bypass logins or access controls. • It does not make clinical decisions.
