To be explicit about what that means: • ABAIQ acts only on content the clinician already has open in their own authenticated session, and only when the clinician authorizes it. • ABAIQ does not connect to, or pull data from, the backend systems, APIs, or databases of any third-party platform. • ABAIQ does not bypass logins, access controls, or any technical protection measure. • ABAIQ does not collect data belonging to other users or to the public. • ABAIQ does not act on its own. Nothing is read, drafted, or exported without an explicit clinician action. • ABAIQ does not make clinical decisions. It drafts, structures, and audits documentation that the licensed professional reviews and signs. • ABAIQ does not retain protected health information on its own servers beyond what is needed to generate your note. The backend runs on HIPAA-compliant, BAA-covered infrastructure, and any note history saved on your device is encrypted (AES-GCM) and stays under your control. The clinician owns their data and remains responsible for it. ABAIQ is the intelligence layer on top of that work, never a replacement for the clinician's judgment.
