Abacus for Chrome brings your Abacus assistant into the browser. It is one assistant, not several. The session you start here is the same session object your IDE, your terminal, and Slack already see — same transcript, same approvals, same cost. Start something in Slack, finish it in a browser tab. CHAT ABOUT WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING AT Open the side panel from the toolbar or with Alt+A and ask about the current page. Attach the page explicitly when you want the assistant to read it; nothing is captured unless you ask. APPROVE WHAT MATTERS When the assistant reaches a step that needs a human, it asks — in the panel, or as a notification with Allow and Deny. Deny cancels the step, not the conversation. SAVE PAGES FOR LATER File links with Alt+S or the right-click menu, then organize them with collections, tags, and notes. Saved links sync through your own Abacus server, so the list follows you between machines. A NEW TAB WORTH HAVING A calm start page with your day brief, anything waiting on you, your recent chats, and a widget canvas you can rearrange. PRIVACY Page access is granted one site at a time, at the moment you ask for it, and can be revoked just as easily. The extension has no debugger permission, reads no browsing history, and never watches pages you haven't handed it. Requires a Together AI account. Sign in with Okta, or point it at a local abacus serve.
