ABACUS Auto-Fill turns the 40-minute slog of insurance eApplications into a 90-second click. WHO IT'S FOR Licensed insurance and financial professionals who already use ABACUS Wizard to manage clients, run Financial Needs Analysis, and prepare carrier applications. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a supported insurance carrier or aggregator eApplication page. The full list of supported platforms is available inside your ABACUS account at Settings → Extension. 2. Click the ABACUS icon in your toolbar. 3. Pick the client's FNA from the dropdown. 4. Hit "Fill This Page" — every matching field is filled, with a confidence-tagged summary of what was filled, what's uncertain, and what didn't match. 5. (Optional) Hit "Auto-Fill All Pages" to walk every page until the signature step. WHAT'S INCLUDED • Smart field matching across 50+ application field types (suitability, premium, banking, replacement, riders, beneficiaries, product-specific fields, health where applicable) • Pre-Flight Wizard integration — agents who fill the optional pre-flight in ABACUS get dramatically more accurate auto-fills • ABBY, your AI companion: ask "what should I put here?" mid-application and get a contextual answer in plain English or Spanish, with voice input and read-aloud reply • AI Pre-Submit Review: scans your filled application for likely "not in good order" issues before you sign • Field Coach: hover any field for a one-line explanation • Alt+Click any unmatched field to teach the extension how to map it for next time • Full Spanish (Latin American) localization • Per-page fill summary so you always know what's done PRIVACY We never store the contents of carrier pages on our servers.
