)Overview
Run a documentation inspection on the ABA session note you're viewing — before you submit it.
Check ABA session notes against payer and BACB documentation requirements without leaving your record-keeping system. Highlight a note (or click the toolbar button to load it), review the captured text, and run a Pass-1 inspection through your ABA Note Inspector account. The verdict, requirements checklist, deficiencies, and plan-correlation findings appear in a side panel next to your EHR. — One-gesture capture: the extension reads a page only when you act — a text selection or a toolbar/menu click. No background access, ever. — Built-in de-identification assist: the matched client's name is replaced with [Client] in your browser before anything is submitted. — Client names never leave your browser: name matching against your own caseload happens locally and is discarded. — Works with any web-based EHR — no per-system setup. — Requires an authorized ABA Note Inspector clinic account. This extension is a companion to the service at notes.3s.network. ABA Note Inspector by 3S provides inspection assistance for draft documentation. It is not legal advice and not a guarantee of payer or audit outcomes.
