See which internet providers can deliver at the Funda listing you are viewing, and over what connection. Unofficial.

Found a house you like? Find out what internet you would actually get there — before you fall for it. Aansluitcheck puts one button on funda.nl. Open a listing, click the icon, and it asks every provider you have chosen, all at once, whether they can deliver at that exact address. One line gives you the answer: fibre, cable, 5G or DSL, and how fast. Under it, each provider's own plans and prices. Without it: four websites, four forms, the same address typed four times — and three of them trying to sell you a subscription while you are still just looking. HOW IT WORKS 1. Switch on the providers you want checked. Chrome asks your permission for each one separately, and a provider you leave off is never contacted. 2. Open any listing on funda.nl, to buy or to rent. 3. Click the icon. The address is read from the page, so there is nothing to type. Answers are kept for a day, so going back to a listing you already checked is instant. Nothing runs in the background: the extension does nothing at all until you click it. WHAT HAPPENS AT THE PROVIDER Most providers have no availability page of their own, so the check runs through their order page and your address reaches them. Nothing is ordered. Each provider's row says which kind it is before you switch it on. PRIVACY There is no server of ours, no account and no analytics. Addresses and answers stay in your own browser for a day and go nowhere except to the providers you switched on. WORTH KNOWING "Not available" is not proof: most providers answer "we don't serve this address" and "this address doesn't exist" in exactly the same way. And a yes can be about a network that isn't built yet — those are marked as pre-registrations, in the provider's own words. Plan names and messages come from the providers and stay in Dutch. Prices are assembled by us from their figures and can be up to a day old — always check with the provider before you sign anything.
