Open in CyberChef

Adds an open selected text in CyberChef option to the right-click context menu

Adds an open selected text in CyberChef option to the right-click context menu. It includes the option of what URL to use for CyberChef, default is https://gchq.github.io/CyberChef/. A local instance of CyberChef can be specified using the format "file:///C:/Users/Test/Downloads/cyberchef.htm". Please post any bugs or feature requests to https://github.com/maurermj08/open-in-cyber-chef/issues. CyberChef's website describes itself as "A simple, intuitive web app for analysing and decoding data without having to deal with complex tools or programming languages. CyberChef encourages both technical and non-technical people to explore data formats, encryption and compression." This extension does NOT collect any personal data, does NOT have any advertisements, and will NEVER be sold.
