Fillaid fills web forms from a profile of your details, in one click. Save your details once. On any page with a form, move your mouse over a field and a small prompt appears: "Fill this form". Click it, and every field Fillaid can answer is filled at once: name, email, phone, address, date of birth, employer, and the fields Chrome autofill leaves blank: dropdowns and multiple-choice options, a phone number split across several boxes, a legal name on one form and a nickname on another, boxes with no proper label, and forms embedded inside another page. HOW IT WORKS 1. Install, pin the extension and answer a few quick questions. That is your first profile. It stays in your browser, on your own computer. No account, no sign-up. 2. Open a form. Hover a field and click the prompt. Nothing is written until you do. 3. Correct anything it got wrong, and it remembers. Details you type into forms are saved to your profile as you move on, so the next form starts fuller. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT FROM CHROME AUTOFILL • More than one of everything: a legal name and the name you go by, a home and a mailing address, a work and a personal email. It reads the page and picks the right one. • AI for the messy fields. Obvious fields like Email or Phone are matched by simple rules on your device. The confusing ones, a label used twice in different sections or a box with no label at all, go to an AI trained on real forms. It got 94 of every 100 fields right on 135 real forms it had never seen. • The whole page at once: custom-built dropdowns, split phone and date boxes, embedded forms from the same site, and the extra questions that appear after you pick an option. • A panel in the page, not a popup. Click the toolbar icon to switch profiles, turn Fillaid on or off, choose whether it asks first or fills as a page opens, or fill the current page now. PRIVACY • Nothing is filled and nothing leaves your browser until you click the prompt. Filling as soon as a page opens is a setting you switch on yourself, and even then checkboxes, multiple-choice options and long text boxes wait for you. • Passwords are never saved, never filled and never sent. Keep using your password manager for those. • Your profile lives in Chrome's extension storage on your computer. Learning from what you type happens there too. • For a paid fill, the form's field descriptions and the profile values that could answer them are sent to Fillaid, and on to the model, for that one fill. Nothing is stored, nothing is logged, and no model is trained on it. • No analytics, no browsing history, no telemetry. FREE AND PRO Fillaid is free to install and use.
