Recent-First Bookmarks
Overview
Moves a bookmark to the top of its folder when you open it, and keeps sub folders sorted by name above the bookmarks.
Keeps the bookmarks you use at the top of their folders. • Open a bookmark from the bookmarks bar, the bookmarks menu, the side panel or the bookmark manager, and it moves to the top of the bookmarks in its folder. The ones you use most stay within reach; the ones you never open sink to the bottom. • Sub folders always sit above the bookmarks, sorted by name (Item 2 before Item 10). • The top level of the bookmarks bar is never reordered, so the bar looks the way you arranged it. Only opening a bookmark counts. Reaching the same page by a link or by typing its address changes nothing. Nothing moves until you click Start sorting on the welcome page. That first pass sorts every folder at once and Chrome can't undo it, so the page shows how to export your bookmarks first. You can pause sorting at any time from the toolbar icon.
