Over the last few days I've put in a good 20+ hours of work building a website and every single time the breath reminder popped up - I needed it. It absolutely helped me get focused and creative again! I've really started to see how often my breathing gets shallow while I'm focusing/working! 🤯 It's so easy to get totally sucked in to what I'm doing... This app really helped me stay conscious of not only my breathing but also helped me checkin with my nervous system. I tend to not checkin with myself during work and let my body run away from me. This app helps me take time to catchup with how my body feels. The guided exercises are also really helpful to recenter myself and GAIN more clarity and focus during the day. Highly recommend!
