Dollar Sign LaTeX

Type $...$ for inline LaTeX in Canvas and Perusall.

Dollar Sign LaTeX makes writing inline math in Canvas and Perusall a little faster. Type inline LaTeX using familiar dollar-sign delimiters, such as $x^2$, and the extension automatically converts it to \(x^2\), the format supported by Canvas and Perusall. Display math written with $$...$$ is left unchanged, as are escaped dollar signs such as \$. You can enable or disable conversion separately for Canvas and Perusall from the extension popup. Canvas access is granted per site, so the extension only runs on Canvas sites you choose to enable. Dollar Sign LaTeX does not collect, transmit, or store the text you type.
