GramG Ninja automates the repetitive data entry on the VB-G RAM G (VBGRAMG / MGNREGA) portal. Every tool runs inside the portal pages you already use, from your own login. Supervisor App (new) • Supervisors (mates) pick who wants work on their phones at demand.sebagram.in, with a photo of the Form 4A. GramG Ninja loads their lists on the Work Demand page village by village, and each result goes back to the supervisor. • Account details from the field: on Generate Wagelist, ask the supervisors for the account details of workers whose account is not frozen. They photograph the passbook and send the A/C and IFSC; after you verify them in the app, they wait in Bank Account Entry with the passbook photo. • A counter on the GramG Ninja icon shows how many people are waiting, village by village. Gram Panchayat login • Work Demand (4A) and Work Allocation from Excel, with an exact job card + name match and a check before every save; choose the Work Demand To date (portal's rule or actual) • List Builder with eKYC / ABPS status; skip workers without eKYC or ABPS • Muster Roll save-all, and Muster Roll Attendance for IF works (full or first N days) • Re-Print and Export Muster Roll: one PDF or one PDF per work, print-only • Enable ABPS in bulk with a live NPCI check • Wage List eKYC/ABPS status, caste-wise wage breakup, IAY activity • Bank Account Entry: type the job card from the passbook copy or paste a list; the IFSC fills the bank, and each worker is entered with their own bank and branch • One-click upload of all 8 work certificates Block (Programme Officer) login • Generate & Print Muster Roll (one tick per work, or paste a list of work codes), Freeze DPR, Job Card Re-issuance • Freeze Worker Accounts from the list a GP sends on WhatsApp or email • Work Demand, Allocation, Muster Roll and ABPS also work here: pick the Panchayat first Also: Keep Me Logged In, autofill, copy-paste and show-password helpers, reports to Excel, and a Settings page to switch each tool on or off. Every bulk run shows what it will do, can be stopped and resumed, and gives a log of everyone it could not handle and why. Privacy: the portal data you work with stays in your browser. Version 10+ sends a short daily usage count and per-item counts for the public tool counters; both can be switched off in Settings. If you connect the optional Supervisor App, your GP's worker list (job card, name, village, eKYC/ABPS yes-no — never Aadhaar) is shared with your own GP there, and so are the account details its supervisors collect for Bank Account Entry (A/C number, IFSC, holder's name, passbook photo) and the portal's answer to each.
