Generate a customer upload link from a RepairShopr ticket

Adds an "Upload Link" button to RepairShopr ticket pages. One click generates a unique customer upload link that expires in 3 days. Customers can take photos, record videos, or upload files directly from their phone. Files are automatically compressed and attached to the RepairShopr ticket.
