Overview

See a clear candidate score and hiring flags while viewing a LinkedIn profile.

You spend hours reading LinkedIn profiles and still miss the red flags. This tool does the first pass for you. Open a profile and click the grader icon. A panel gives the profile a score from 0 to 100 and one of three grades: A-Player, Solid B, or Proceed with caution. Below the grade, the panel lists the reasons in plain English. It shows red flags like job hopping, gaps, or no promotions. It also shows green flags like steady moves up and long stays. How it works 1. Open a LinkedIn profile. 2. Click the grader icon in your toolbar. 3. Read the score and the flags. Then decide who gets the interview. Everything runs in your browser. Nothing gets sent anywhere. If you screen every week, run each profile through it first. Built by Opus (https://hireopus.com). We place vetted Latin American talent with U.S. companies. After one year, 97% of our placements are still in seat. This extension is not made by or connected to LinkedIn.
