Add loading="lazy" attribute to all Emoji elements.
YouTube のライブチャットにおいて，カスタム絵文字パレットを開くと全絵文字（1500前後）が一斉に読み込まれるため動作が重くなり，ストリームが一時的に停止してしまう事がある． それを防ぐために，パレットを開いた際に全絵文字の `<img>` に `loading="lazy"` を追加します． 確実に改善するわけでは有りませんが，多少の改善は見込めます．
