Upful also helps when you have to write comments on a job candidate you interviewed. Your feedback will be more helpful to the person receiving it, making you a better people manager. Often, evaluations can be riddled with bias (we all have biases ) - Upful helps you check your language to eliminate these biases and gives you more confidence when you submit feedback. Upful works on top of popular HRIS, performance management, employee experience, talent acquisition, and applicant tracking systems. It also works on top of social media platforms, communication and messaging systems, project management, and productivity websites. To use the Chrome Extension, you must also make an Upful account. We are always expanding what we coach on and trying to make it more effective and accurate.
