Typinground turns the page you're reading into a typing test. Press Alt+Shift+T on any article and type right over the text: letters light up as you go, and nothing on the page changes. • Real text, not word lists: capitals, punctuation and numbers, the way you actually type. • Finds the article automatically and skips menus, sidebars and footnotes. Or press Alt+Shift+P to pick any section; it's remembered per site. • Time or word tests: 15 to 120 seconds, or 10 to 100 words. Enter restarts, Tab starts a new test. • Results the moment you finish: WPM, accuracy, raw speed, a per-second chart, and the keys and words you missed. • Analysis across all your tests: a keyboard heatmap of your weakest keys, the words you trip on, common slips and your slowest letter pairs. • Practice drills built from your own mistakes. • Works without an account. Sign in with Google or GitHub only if you want your history, analysis and settings on every device. Nothing is public. Shortcuts can be changed in the dashboard's Settings.
