ToMate is an AI model that generates customer support messages based on the last message received and on historical conversations and files (PDFs, Excels and Words) uploaded to ToMate's platform. Those messages can be delivered through a wide range of communications channels (Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp Web and CRMs) to reach your clients, due to the fact that ToMate can be integrated with all of them. Its main goal is to automate the customer support service tasks such as FAQs or giving more information, in order to save time and money. The deployment's pipeline is very stright forward. First, the users have to create an account in our online platform. Then they have to upload any document that contains information of the topic they want to answer messages about. Finally, they need to connect one of the communication channels to ToMate and start generating messages.
