Telenotes is a Chrome extension that allows you to leave comments on videos at timestamps of your choosing. You can send your Telenotes file to someone else, and they can read your comments as they watch the same video. Telenotes currently supports Netflix, Disney Plus (with some limitations), and YouTube.
