Toggle visibility with: -Browser buttons -Keyboard Shortcuts: -Toggle Left Panel: Shift + '<' -Toggle Right Panel: Shift + '>' *Replace tab text with case name *Expand case entry box maximum size *Browser notifications on new OmniChannel requests *Highlight OmniChannel based on your availability *Browser warning on close/refresh if there is unsaved text -E.g. any draft email or Chatter posts *Automatically pin Salesforce browser tabs *Automatically close duplicate Salesforce browser tabs *Default to 'Entries' view on case tabs New in 2.0.6: *Automatically hide 'Original Message' content in emails *Right click on any SF tab to copy it as a child to another tab New in 2.0.9/10: *Change the volume of OmniChannel sounds *Removed duplicate tab closing feature. This feature is better implemented by the Lighting Console Extension *Removed the Hide Original Message option. This feature is now present in Salesforce without StrikeTwo New in 2.0.11: *Fixed bug where where the side panels of some case tabs weren't always collapsible *Fix bug where some case tab names weren't being translated from the case number
