Look for it next to the “Loft it” button! -You can now see and reschedule automated steps in the Person cadence tab. Bug Fixes -An error was immediately showing in BCC fields as users were typing, we’ve adjusted this. -Fixed an issue where an error message was also showing a confusing confirm message when saving -calendar related updates. -Some Timezones were resetting when sending emails from cadences steps but this has been fixed. --Version 1.5.2-- Submitted on Jan 9, 2025 Bug Fixes -Calendar custom settings were being erased and should now applied correctly -Resolved an issue where opening 2 email panes for 2 different records with the same email resulted in a crash -Updating a Person’s contact info will now keep you on that person -Fixed an issue where sorting was reverting to timezone in cadences -When lofting an email and adding them to Salesloft, the extension will correctly refresh to show they’ve been added -Fixed an issue with the Quick Action Email button not working in Salesforce --Version 1.5.1-- Submitted on Dec 16, 2024 Bug Fixes -CRM import button was not displaying in certain list views, this has been resolved -CRM import button was sometimes getting “squished”, we’ve flattened it out correctly -Fixed an issue when the Mark as Success button not showing the status indicator immediately --Version 1.5.0-- Submitted on Dec 16, 2024 Bug Fixes -Please refer to the notes for 1.4.3 as all items were re-introduced in this version -Fixed an issue with calls not ending when in passthrough mode. -Clicking on a person link in the live feed will update the person tab to that record -“View more” button now displays all text on phone steps --Version 1.4.4-- Submitted on Dec 11, 2024 Rollback Release -Due to an increase in Dialer issues where calls were not ending properly when in passthrough mode, we’ve reverted the 1.4.3 release back to 1.4.2 as we investigate further. --Version 1.4.3-- Submitted on Dec 9, 2024 Bug Fixes -The 15 minute meeting option has been fixed to correctly display in the dropdown. -An arrow to select the next month in our date picker has been moved back onto the form instead of appearing off the page. -Clicking on a Salesloft email button in Salesforce will now only pop open the Salesloft email pane instead of both Salesloft and Salesforce. -Creating a call task will now be blocked for users in a Do Not Call status. Rescheduling a task was preventing the ability to choose a date from the next month, that’s now fixed. -Fixed an issue where you were not able to update call settings while in a call. Switching your headphone and microphone mid call is now possible. -“Schedule All” and “Complete All” are not working correctly with updated messaging. -“Log and Complete” was repositioned to no longer block key areas of the CRM screen. --Version 1.4.2-- Submitted on Nov 27, 2024 Bug Fixes -Fixed an issue that was causing an internal service error when lofting emails for some users. -Resolved an issue where switching between a users activity tab was causing an error. -Fixed an issue where the pending log message was appearing in the dialer when it should not have. -Dialer Everywhere (right click action) was misbehaving and is now working correctly. -We fixed an issue where linking an account on a person record will not clear out any fields you’ve entered before saving. -Resolved an issue with our voicemail drop ins producing an error message. --Version 1.4.1-- Submitted on Nov 21, 2024 Bug Fixes -Restored the “End Call” tone when ending a call. -Fixed an issue where some completed cadence steps were not showing on the cadence tab. -Clicking on the Live feed icon should again trigger a refresh of the feed. --Version 1.4.0-- Nov 14, 2024 What’s New -Our “new version” banner has temporarily been removed as it wasn’t performing the way we intended. We’ll bring it back after a rework in an upcoming release. Bug Fixes -Clicking on a person’s name in the live feed will now take you to that user's contact record instead of refreshing context on the page. -When editing a person's record, we’ve added a message to warn you if entering a duplicate email address. --Version 1.3.14-- Nov 5, 2024 Bug Fixes -Rolled back to version 1.3.12 due to reported issues with Loft it button --Version 1.3.13-- Nov 5, 2024 Bug Fixes -Fixed an issue with Book a Meeting modal closing unexpectedly --Version 1.3.12-- Oct 31, 2024 Bug Fixes -General dialer bug fixes and stability improvements -Import button should now display for certain contact and account screens --Version 1.3.11-- Oct 28, 2024 Bug Fixes -Google Calendar had a layout change which affected some fields being reset to default after lofting an event. This was fixed. -Fixed an issue with some contact fields not displaying correctly in the sidebar --Version 1.3.10-- Oct 25, 2024 What’s New -We’ve reorganized and reordered what actions are in the Person edit menu vs our Quick Action buttons on the Person tab page. --“Edit Person” and “Mark as Success” buttons have been moved to the Person edit menu --“Create a Task” was relocated from the edit menu to a dedicated Quick Action button (for Rhythm enabled teams) --“Add to Cadence” is now a quick action button Bug Fixes -The reload button in our “New Version” banner wasn’t triggering the extension to update to the newest version as intended. Going forward, this is fixed. -The Import button should now show in certain list views in Salesforce. -Fixed a navigation issue when deleting a person record.
