This is an excellent extension but would be perfect with just two changes: 1) Allow users to hide the settings/download links at the top of the page - they're very intrusive. 2) Allow users to keep the favourite icons in the middle of the page. Apart from that, brilliant.

This does not set backgroudn of new tab, only shows image for newtab. This removes google searchbar and shortcuts on newtab
