Not sure why this exists. it is a copy of an official pdf.js extension. It is just copying (with less functionality) the official chrome extension for pdf.js does not have highlighting and commenting like the official extension has. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/pdf-viewer/oemmndcbldboiebfnladdacbdfmadadm https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js
