Notion in RTL
This extension enables you to read and write in Notion from right to left, instead of writing and reading from left to right and trying to understand broken lines that combine English and Hebrew or Arabic. It is also changes the direction of some of the UI, but leaving parts like code snippets with their original direction.

I added it to chrome but unfortunately I have no idea how to make it work from here, and there are no explanations.
