This Chrome extension turns off the autoscroll function that is activated by pushing the mouse roller button in the Chrome browser. When activated scrolling switches from the mouse roller to mouse movement. It is very frustrating when you try to click on a link and are just a little off and autoscroll turns on and you move your mouse and the screen scrolls like crazy.
