As soon as I installed it it needed to be repaired. Clicking on the repair button didn't really do anything other that just keep saying that the extension needed to repaired. Pretty much unusable.

A couple things are annoying. Having to set the speed with every episode. And the zoom animation of what speed I have it set at. I wish it would just show the speed down in the bar instead of that zoom thing.
