)Overview
LockDown Browser is a custom browser that locks down the exam environment within specific learning and assessment systems.
LockDown Browser is a custom browser that locks down the exam environment within Canvas, Blackboard Learn, D2L Brightspace, Moodle, and Schoology. During an online exam, LockDown Browser will prevent you from going to other URLs, switching applications, copying questions or printing. It essentially locks you into the exam until it's submitted for grading. While LockDown Browser isn't the most exciting extension available, it does make online assessments possible. And hey, you can download it for free. This is NOT a limited-feature version and there are NO advertisements of any type.

for those of you who may have other lockdown browsers installed: this one won't work UNLESS those are disabled/uninstalled. there are definitely better ones out there and I wish I could avoid it but unfortunately it's required for a class I'm taking.
