Indeemo's Desktop Screen Recording plugin enables Experience Designers and MR, CX and UX Researchers to conduct remote, unmoderated usability testing. Research participants can manually start a screen recording session and complete tasks that are assigned to them by the Researchers. Indeemo records the screen and the microphone to enable researchers to experience exactly how participants navigate websites or desktop applications. As a research Respondent, you are in total control over what you upload and what you share with the Researchers. This plugin is useful for anyone looking to understand Path to Purchase, Customer Journey and User Experience on Desktop websites and applications.
