Shangri-La proudly presents the fifth artwork in its Horizon Club Artist Series. This artwork is called 'Goddess of the Night' by Japanese artist Aya Kato. At the Horizon Club guests enjoy an unparalleled level of hospitality and service, so to give you a small taste of our personal service, we have commissioned artists from five of our destinations to create a series of artworks inspired by the Horizon Club, with which you can personalise your digital devices. This artwork was inspired by the view from the Horizon Club at Shangri-La Hotel,Tokyo. The artist describes her work: “Depicted here is the goddess of the night, sleeping in the sky above Tokyo. She shines in the horizon, and wears the sparkle of the sky. She comes from the land of Shangri-La, and the dream she sees, adds drops of colour to the world of night.
