Quincy provides a one-click solution for older adults to receive website and tech assistance with a click of a button. The extension presents a field for the user to enter in the phone number where they would like our team of technicians to call them. (Typically an account will have already been created, but sometimes the older adult may need help for the phone containing the number they registered, so we can't pre-populate the phone number.) Clicking submit notifies a team of senior-friendly technicians from GoGoQuincy.com to assist the user.
