Github projects trello like cards

Change the cards in github to match trello's workflow. 1 click will open the card itself and 2 will forward to the normal page.

This plugin will change the functionality to click project cards and display them in a modal instead of going to a new page. It will also add buttons to sort the projects page. This modal will result in a 80% width box. - settings now working properly
