This chat interface offers three main panes: 1. **Conversations Pane**: Displays a list of conversation threads, including active, completed, and all conversations, allowing users to quickly navigate between different chat sessions. 2. **Chat Area**: Functions as the central interface for messaging, where users can send and receive SMS, notes, and internal messages. It also allows users to communicate with GLYDEBuddy for intelligent assistance. 3. **CRM Information Pane**: Displays detailed information about the selected candidate and their application history, providing essential data to recruiters without needing to leave the chat interface. The extension integrates with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn and Avionte, and offers quick access to candidate profiles in these systems, allowing recruiters to maintain context while communicating with candidates.
