Fixes various styles and adds new features to FJ

Fixes FJ's styling and has a couple of minor JS bug fixes. It makes FunnyJunk look better with very small styling changes. It is highly customizeable being able to turn parts of the styling and javascript on and off. Adds: -Flag and emoji tooltips -Over 1000 lines of CSS -Holiday styling which turns on and off depending on date -Can be used to strip board and profile styling -Uses high resolution emojis and flags which look great in large screens -Uses font-icons which are smaller in size and easy to manage -Can be used to 'normalize' usernames

Saved my life after the broken pixel on upper right was fixed No more seeing such horrors as purposely bad css
