The main feature of this add-on is to use WebRequest API of Chrome extension to redirect web requests to Youtube.com pages/resource files to go through webcitizens.org to allow those requests to be fulfilled successfully. This add-on is used by users who want to visit Youtube.com but are not able to do so because of network restrictions. This add-on works like a special-purpose web proxy that allows the users to visit Youtube.com.
