ETA Patcher

An extension that fixes a number of issues with ETA, allowing chrome to be used instead of IE.

An extension that fixes most of ETAs problems and allows chrome to be used. Current items fixed: -Timeout is increased from one hour to eight hours -ETAs ShowModalDialog dependence is removed allowing windows to work again -Personnel and Training Resources pages are reformatted to work again -Buttons on the Reports page actually work -Scrolling on the Reports Page works -Filter button on Personnel page works -Makes Ops, PendSched, EnterSched, and Student Detail pages refresh after a popup window is closed -Fixes the New Request button at the top of most pages -Course Catalog page is visible and links work -Fixed the rest of the options on the course catalog pages -New button for extra resource windows on PendSchedRequest page -Allows viewing of reports from either ERAU campus -Messages popup is resized and scrollable -Popup people selection is scrollable -Student availability automatically entered in comments -New weather chart on schedule request page -Resource utilization page can be opened in multiple ways
