Disable text-decoration-skip-ink
Restores the underlining behavior of previous Chrome Versions 63 or earlier. Chrome 64 implements ink skipping by default! *New* "Google removed its popular “View Image” feature as a part of a legal settlement. The feature previously allowed users to download and save photos without having to navigate through to the pictures’ web pages." Worked on some sites for a while, but not all, and periodically modifies every page, making web development annoying. I've put together a new "No Ink Skipping" replacement extension which can be used as a replacement.

Seemed to work on first installation but currently appears not to work. Not sure why.

Wonderful! Thanks for reversing this poor default setting Chrome has pushed on us. If you add the ability to click on the extension icon and quickly toggle it on/off, I'll happily make this a 5/5.
