Overview

Adds a case-insensitive searchbox that filters the available recipients list in WebMail.

Adds a text entry field above the list of available recipients when selecting who to send a new WebMail to in Pearson OBL's Connexus. Typing into the text entry field filters the list of available recipients as you type. The filter is designed to be non-case-sensitive to make searching easier.
