Overview

Disallow to register Service Workers

This extension will prevent Service Workers to be registered. You will be prompted to allow or block each individual SW, per domain. As an example, visit: https://mdn.github.io/sw-test/ The choice will be remembered by the extension, and each individual setting can be cleared. it's not working for me, for example this webpage www.olx.pl. Whenever you open a new tab from this site, there is service worker actived, but not only one! it does detected olx.pl service worker but it didn't detect other one wp.pl. and I only want to block this wp.pl service worker. it's somehow hide behind avoide detection Please help me out!

The allow/deny prompt should clearly state which domain attempts to register a SW. Example: I visit "website.com" which has an embedded youtube video on it. Both the website and youtube (via its iframe) attempt to register a SW, yet the extension only asks "allow or deny THIS worker?" -- I would like to block the youtube SW (which is a useless resource hog) but allow the website.com one. Thanks

Worked for me! (had an issue with a site whose service-worker was somehow outdated/not-updating, and this was the only thing that fixed the issue for me, so I could use the latest version of the site's/webapp's code)
