Improve Bing's user interface

Bing is great, but can be a bit busy. Bing+ improves the UI by allowing more advanced customizability. To use, after installing, click on the extension's icon and then click on "options." You will now be able to toggle on and off features that you'd like to use. If you click on the GitHub link, you can get an overview of what each option does.
