When a change in call disposition is detected, the Extension notifies your Balto desktop application to start or stop Balto, ensuring Balto is always available for you when you need it. DATA COLLECTION and PRIVATE POLICY: The Extension stores and retrieves your username and Balto-issued security token in your Chrome browser.
