It does not scan websites, read page content, read browsing history, read cookies, monitor live browsing behavior, sync data to a server, use analytics, show ads, call remote APIs, or make AI calls. Permission change history is based on local snapshots. When you open or refresh the dashboard, the extension compares current declared permissions with the last saved local review. You can mark changes reviewed when you want the current declared access to become your latest local snapshot. Local notes and trust marks are saved only on this device using Chrome extension storage.
