Cyber Kit for Connexus

Cyber Kit adds shortcuts, grading, course filters, and workflow tools for Pearson Online Classroom (formerly Connexus) teachers.

Cyber Kit helps teachers using Pearson Online Classroom (formerly Connexus) streamline routine student, course, grading, roster, and Webmail work. STUDENT SHORTCUTS Double-click a selected 7-digit student ID on web pages you visit to open configured student pages in tabs or windows. Choose which destinations to use, arrange custom dashboard tiles, and create profiles and site rules. Open All can use selected or copied IDs and open pages in batches. The all-page shortcut reads the selected text after a user double-clicks; site rules use the current page's domain locally. ASSESSMENT AND FEEDBACK TOOLS Auto-fill is enabled by default and can be turned off in Settings. It can enter the maximum score in eligible untouched blank or zero score fields for items worth at least 2 points. Multiple-choice fields are skipped. Cyber Kit does not evaluate student answers or submit the assessment; teachers should review every score before saving. Customize reusable feedback buttons and overall comments in Settings. COURSE AND ROSTER HELPERS Filter course and section lists, customize gradebook ordering and labels, and use teacher/student workflow shortcuts. Optional contact tools let a teacher load a selected student's phone number or staff-only note from Connexus after clicking that row's Load button. CONNEXUS WEBMAIL TOOLS Adjust message text size, simplify advanced options, use Webmail shortcuts, and search available Connexus contact directories. The draggable media widget lets you drag a GIF or image into a message. Add, remove, reset, and reorder the media list in Cyber Kit Settings; Webmail itself is display-and-drag only. PERSONALIZE YOUR WORKFLOW Choose from six settings themes, configure tiles and shortcuts, and back up or restore preferences. Some advanced features require Cyber Kit Plus, with subscription status handled through ExtensionPay. Check the in-extension checkout for current pricing. ACCESS AND PRIVACY The student-ID shortcut runs on web pages you visit so it can detect a selected 7-digit ID after a user double-click. Selection and site-rule checks are processed locally; an ID is placed in a URL only when you open a Connexus page or a destination you configured. Connexus tools use your existing Connexus sign-in.
