59 Enhancement Suite makes the Five9 agent desktop easier to work in and easier to troubleshoot. Agent desktop tweaks (each can be turned on or off in the popup) • Hide the Quality (QM) overview widget on the agent home screen. • Auto-dismiss warning pop-ups, such as the disposition timeout warning, 10 seconds after they appear. Log capture • Records the browser console output and network requests of your Five9 agent tab. Other websites are never captured. • One click downloads console_logs.txt and a standard network_logs.har file you can send to your support team or open in Chrome DevTools. • Logs stay on your computer, are never uploaded, and are cleared when you close the browser or click Clear. Not-ready alerts (Five9 agent desktop) • Plays a looping alert sound when your agent state changes to "System", so you notice you are no longer receiving calls. • Choose from 11 sounds, or turn alerts off. • Stop a ringing alert from the on-page banner or the popup. Note: while log capture is active your browser shows "59 Enhancement Suite started debugging this browser". This is expected; it is how the browser allows network logs to be recorded.
