Fourth of July extension

I uploaded the extension and the picture never appeared. It has hijacked my tabs bar changing the color scheme to a dark blue. Even when I change themes, it continues to control the color. It is completely hidden somewhere on my computer, not showing up in my list of uploaded extensions which would enable me to turn it off and you provide no link to uninstall it altogether. Very annoying.
