Overview

Record tabs, screens, windows or selected areas in 4K, 2K or Full HD. Pro adds unlimited recording, 60 FPS and editing.

4K Screen Recorder is a screen recording extension for Chrome. Record a browser tab, a window, or your screen, then preview and download the recording. Free features include Full HD, 2K, and 4K recording at 30 FPS, recording preview, downloads, and basic Trim & Stitch editing. Free recordings are limited to 60 seconds in Full HD, 30 seconds in 2K, and 10 seconds in 4K. Optional 4K Screen Recorder PRO removes these recording time limits and adds 60 FPS, selected-area recording, and additional video editing tools. Recordings can include microphone audio, available tab or system audio, and an optional webcam overlay. Audio availability depends on your browser and the selected recording source. Recordings are stored locally in your browser and can be downloaded to your device. Optional automatic transcription may send audio to your browser’s speech recognition service after confirmation. 4K Screen Recorder is free to install. Optional PRO features require a paid subscription and license activation.
