Overview

Visualize PTMs and genetic variants on AlphaFold structures directly on UniProt entry pages.

The 3D Feature Viewer integrates into UniProt entries to show residue‑level annotations (PTMs, disease and population variants, predictive scores such as AlphaMissense and pLDDT) mapped onto 3D structures (AlphaFold and PDB) using 3Dmol.js. Open the modal to inspect residues, switch coloring modes (default, pLDDT, B‑factor, hotspots, AlphaMissense), view nearby residues/variant consequences, and export PDB or CSV data. All network requests go to public APIs (UniProt, EBI/AlphaFold, RCSB); the extension does not collect personal data.
