It does the following: * Encourages you to choose shipping options with a low carbon footprint. * Rates and labels products and their brands by how green 3rd party sources say they are. We also identify health risks. * Tells you what data sources are behind the rating, and allows you to look at this detailed information directly. We also tell you the credibility of the rating. * Sorts Amazon search results by our ratings * Encourages no-rush shipping We rate FASHION, COSMETICS, ELECTRONICS, and FOOD ITEMS. (Categories in progress: Automotive) **Disclaimer: we try to be transparent since we can't be hundred percent accurate all the time. 3 Elephants is a great way to find ecofriendly products on Amazon! It does a great job at displaying which products are ecofriendly which makes it easy to both save money and help the environment at the same time. I highly recommend using it!
