2ofMe
Overview
2ofMe where you work: a row of tabs at the top of Gmail, one for each search you care about, and Inbox to come back to everything.
2ofMe puts a row of tabs at the top of your Gmail inbox. Each tab is a search you care about, and Inbox brings you back to everything. Make a tab for anything you check often: what is still in your inbox from one person, everything under a label, what arrived in the last 14 days. Each tab shows how many conversations are in it, straight from Gmail, and the number follows along as you archive. You do not need to know Gmail's search syntax. The settings page offers plain choices like "Still in my inbox", "I sent it" and "Last 14 days", and writes the search for you. Rename, reorder or remove tabs at any time. Several Gmail accounts in one browser? Each one gets its own tabs. It works without an account. Your tabs live in your browser, and the counts come from Gmail itself. If you use 2 of Me, the tabs your inbox routine already sorts into appear the first time you open that inbox, and your Gmail labels are offered as tabs on the settings page. Privacy: when you are not signed in to 2 of Me, the extension sends nothing about you anywhere. The details are at https://get2ofme.com/privacy.
