Use the button to start the timer and after 20 minutes, you will be reminded to take a 20 second break from your screen by looking at something 20 feet or 6 meters away from you. For digital wellbeing, you should take a break from your screen every 20 minutes, by looking at something 20 feet or 6 meters away for 20 seconds. I built this extension because I was getting eye strain when using my computer. Join other users like you looking to improve their productivity and eye health.
