The extension version and non-identifying diagnostic information are transmitted only when you voluntarily submit a suggestion or bug report. No data is transmitted to external servers during normal tab saving or restoration. Tab URLs, tab titles, browsing history, cookies, and login information are not automatically collected or transmitted.
